1. Pick your favourite pair of heels
Please choose heels that are about one size bigger than your usual size, in case the shoe sizing run small. This also gives space for a pair of insoles that we provide with the shoes.
Please wear the insoles for hygiene and fitting purposes.
2. Choose the rental duration
Book at least one day in advance to ensure a smooth delivery. Your shoes will be delivered by 14:00 on the first rental day.
For same-day booking, checkout your order and pay before 10:00 to receive it by 14:00. Payment made after 10:00 will be delivered the next day.
3. Enjoy your luxury heels
Use the insoles provided and take good care of your shoes while you wear them.
You should only wear your shoes indoor in a dry and clean setting. Avoid wearing your heels to outdoor areas to prevent soiling them.
4. Pack and wait for pick-up
Place your shoes back in the Sewa Alas shoe box and pass them to the pick-up courier on your return date.
As an example, for the rental period of 12-15 June, the shoes will arrive on 12 June by 14:00 and picked up on 15 June by 14:00.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I have to pay a security deposit?
We ask for a refundable security deposit mainly to protect against theft, loss or serious damage. The deposit makes a simple and safe checkout possible, without the need for a photo ID.
Your full deposit is returned to you within 1 business day after we receive the shoes in good condition. This keeps things fair, secure and smooth for all renters.

What if I need a pair of heels urgently?
We got you! You can check out your order and make payment before 10:00 and your shoes will be delivered to you by 14:00 on the same day.
What if my shoes don't fit?
You can inform our customer service and request to return the shoes the following day after you receive them. You will only be charged for 1-day rental (if your rental duration is more than 1 day, e.g. 3 days).
What if my heels arrive late?
We will refund a 1-day rental fee for shoes that arrive later than 15:00 on the delivery date.
What if my shoes are not ready for pickup on the return date?
No worries, we will reschedule pickup on the following day! You will be charged a 1-day rental fee for this.
If you feel you need to extend your rent for a few days, please inform us and we will reschedule pickup accordingly.
What if I have a very small stain on my shoe?
A small removable stain will not incur any charge. Please do not try to remove a stain by yourself. This may make the stain bigger or damage the material.
A permanent stain or tear will result in part of or all of your deposit being deducted.
How do I know if the luxury heels are authentic?
All our luxury heels are sourced from reputable luxury stores and have gone through a third-party check. You can rest assured on their authenticity!
