Many of our shoes retail for IDR 20,000,000 and above. These are designer pieces that deserve the same care as any luxury item – like booking a hotel or renting a car.

The security deposit helps us to protect against loss or theft and cover rare cases of major damage. This in turn helps us to ensure that every customer receives clean, perfect shoes each time.

·       We want to keep it simple

We want to keep the checkout process simple and hassle-free, so we do away with asking for customer ID photos. The security deposit keeps this checkout process fast yet secure.

Take good care of your shoes

Wear the insoles provided by us to keep your shoes clean and hygienic. Only wear your shoes indoors to avoid soiling them.

We return your deposit in 1 day

If your rented shoes are in good condition and have been sent back to us, we will return your security deposit within 1 business day.

Damage nullifies your security deposit

Depending on the severity of damage (stain or tear), part or all of your security deposit may not be returned to you.
